TECNOLOGIAS DE LA AMISTAD
A conversational, communal work that turns the table into a critical device. Over three mid-day sessions, artists and philosophers shared food and speech to chart technologies of friendship—ways of making with others, organizing scenes, and contesting the common. The piece moves between care and productive friction—cooking, debating, dissenting, agreeing—until conversation stops illustrating and becomes the work itself. Its second layer is public memory: the editing and publication of the dialogues. Between banquet and page, sociability becomes both method and matter.
The full transcripts of the conversations —published in ramona #69 (April 2007)— can be downloaded here.
